1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of the vacation apartment "Das Berg 1982" by the landlord Gregor Strobl & co-owner to the tenant.
2 Conclusion of contract
The rental contract is concluded by a written confirmation from the landlord after receipt of a booking request from the tenant.
3 Terms of payment
3.1 The deposit of 50% of the total price must be paid within 7 days of conclusion of the contract.
3.2 The remaining amount must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the rental period.
4 Cancellation
4.1 The deposit will be refunded if canceled up to 60 days before the start of the rental period.
4.2 If canceled less than 60 days before the start of the rental period, the entire rental price must be paid.
5 Liability of the landlord
The lessor shall not be liable for damage to property or financial loss that is not due to intent or gross negligence.
6 Obligations of the Hirer
6.1 The Tenant undertakes to treat the vacation apartment and its furnishings with care.
6.2 Any damage that occurs during the rental period must be reported to the landlord immediately.
6.3 A deposit of EUR 500 must be paid with the rental price. Provided that no obligations of the tenant have been violated, this deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the end of the rental period.
7. Pets
Pets are strictly prohibited and in exceptional cases only permitted with the prior agreement and consent of the landlord.
8. Final provisions
8.1 Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
8.2 Austrian law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Kitzbühel.
