Dear guests,

we warmly welcome you to our accommodation in Westendorf. From now on the relaxation as well as the fun in the winter vacation begins. We are very pleased that you have chosen our vacation apartment.

We - two brothers (Gregor and Andreas) - have completely rebuilt our family home with great attention to detail and are happy to share the first floor vacation apartment with you now. Unfortunately we will not be able to welcome you personally. However, we hope that you will quickly find your way around the apartment and feel at home. Feel free to treat yourself to a first coffee or a schnapps and please feel warmly invited and welcome.

Rules

We warmly welcome you to our accommodation and look forward to your stay! In order for you and future guests to feel comfortable with us, we ask you to abide by the following rules and thank you for your understanding.

1. General Rules

  • These house rules are attached to the rental contract and the observance of the house rules is also a condition of the rental contract.
  • Failure to comply with these house rules may result in consequences such as a deduction from the rental deposit.
  • All guests (and visitors) must follow these house rules and other instructions of the landlord.

2. Noise and Neighbors

  • Children are welcome in our apartment. Guests are responsible for the safety and behavior of children at all times;
  • Guests and their visitors should keep quiet and not make excessive noise especially at night between 22:00 and 07:00 and during arrival and departure;
  • Excessive noise is prohibited at any time of the day or night and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction from the vacation rental, and may incur additional charges that will be deducted from the security deposit;
  • We ask our guests and their visitors to treat residents and neighbors with respect.

3. Visitors

  • Guests are allowed a maximum of five visitors at any time during their stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring that this number of visitors is not exceeded and that visitors abide by these house rules.
  • Additional overnight guests must be announced in advance (during booking) and accepted by the landlord. Additional costs may be incurred (price per night is based on the base price).

4. Events

  • Parties and other large gatherings are not allowed in this apartment; and
  • For any small gathering, guests must adhere to volume and attendance guidelines.

5. Parking and Parking Lot

  • Guests and their visitors must abide by given parking regulations and respect neighbors' vehicles and parking lanes.
  • The following parking is available for this apartment: 1 parking space next to the private garage.
  • The exit of the garage must be kept clear at all times.
  • Snow removal in winter will be done before 9:00 am if possible (not guaranteed).

6. Security

  • Each time you leave the cottage, it is your responsibility to ensure that all windows and doors are closed to ensure security and prevent rain and water damage.
  • Lights, sauna, fans and electronic devices such as televisions must be turned off when not in use to save energy.
  • It is not allowed to leave the sauna on when you are not in the apartment.
  • It is not allowed to leave the hot tub on (water running) when you are not in the apartment.

7. Valuables

  • The landlord is not responsible for valuables or wardrobe.

8. Hot Tub

  • For safety reasons, it is not allowed to use glasses in or around the hot tub. Plastic glasses are available in the kitchen.
  • Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine that will be deducted from the deposit.
  • While using the hot tub, children must be supervised by their parents at all times. Use at your own risk.

9. Sauna

  • For safety reasons, it is not allowed to use glasses in or around the sauna. Plastic glasses are available in the kitchen.
  • Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine, which will be deducted from the deposit.
  • While using the sauna, children must be supervised by their parents at all times. Use at your own risk.

10. Terrace and Garden

  • While using the terraces and garden, children must be supervised by their parents at all times.

11. Smoking

  • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment; and Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of (e.g. in the ashtray provided) and not thrown on the property.
  • Otherwise, a deduction from the deposit will be initiated.

12. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed

13. Damages

  • All damages must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible.
  • Failure to report damages incurred may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
  • To avoid damage, furniture may not be moved from one room to another (without prior agreement).
  • Towels may not be stolen from the apartment (e.g. for use in a swimming pool).

14. Arrival and Departure

  • The arrival takes place from 15:00 o'clock.
  • On departure we ask our guests to vacate the accommodation by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
  • Joint inspection of the apartment before departure to clarify possible deposit claims

15. Cleaning

  • We ask you to keep the apartment clean at all times and to remove any stains caused by you directly.
  • Please also put the used dishes clean back into the cupboards.
  • Please leave the accommodation broom-clean and in the same condition in which you found it.

16. Waste Separation

  • Please dispose of waste according to the local regulations for waste separation (below) and in the containers provided.
  • For this vacation apartment there are the following guidelines for waste separation to be observed: Plastic, glass and paper/cardboard.
  • You will find the bins for this next to the washing machine.
  • If the bins for waste separation are full, they can be left next to the exit to the apartment in the morning; we will dispose of them for you and provide empty bins.
  • If the residual waste bin is full, simply place the bag at the exit to the vacation apartment.

18. Agreement

  • Violation of these house rules violates the rental conditions according to the rental agreement.
  • The owners of the vacation apartment reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and to expel guests or visitors from the apartment and from the property who refuse to comply with these house rules or who disturb neighbors or other residents of the community.
